Details
Crestview Assisted Living is a skilled nursing facility/retirement home that at one time was affiliated with the Hensley School. As a home for the elderly and those with significant health problems, it is a common destination for Melisende Dulac while performing her duties as removal specialist for the Bouton Funerary Service. Rémy Bouton spent his final days there.
The institution was originally founded in 1921 as part of the Hensley Asylum for Infirm Ladies and Needful Girls by the lumber and mining baron Dalton Hensley. It is located in Crestview, Oregon.
