Biography

The foreman on Eden Pond's work crew at Oregon Ship who was murdered in front of her on the first day of the effort to build the SS Joseph N. Teal.

Movie star good looks, which he leverages to get into the pants of any woman he can. His long-suffering wife, Althea, has been long aware of his affairs.

Resentful over Victor's womanizing and anxious that her plot to destroy the SS Teal go forward, Althea decides to have her husband killed. She and her co-plotters coerce Marty Kadash to commit the actual murder.
