The Pride Locket is a small, silver locket in the Melisende Dulac Series.
Details
The locket was of special significance to Kendrick Pride.
The locket originally belonged to Kendrick Pride's wife,
Sophie. After Sophie died, her and Kendrick's daughter
Shelby started wearing the locket. She subsequently lost the locket in the desert near the crossroad while fleeing from
Omar Duniway and
Xavier Meyer.
Melisende subsequently found the locket and, recognizing him from his picture, gave it to Kendrick Pride.

The locket is oval, an inch wide and and inch-and-a-half tall. A filigreed monogram, K&S, is engraved on the face. Inside are two photos, formal shots of young Kendrick and Sophie, oriented to face each other across the hinge.
