The Missus is a short story in both the Skin Kadash mystery series and The Myth of Joey Getchie young adult series.
Told from the point-of-view of Skin Kadash, "The Missus" recounts his investigation into the death of the wife of a fellow police officer. Joey Getchie is the 11-year-old foster son of police sergeant Zach Yearling and his wife. "The Missus" is a bridge between the Skin Kadash Series and Property of the State, the first book in The Myth of Joey Getchie series of young adult mysteries.
