Barb Ellingson is a character in the Melisende Dulac Series.
Biography
Barb is Melisende Dulac's closest friend in Barlow County. Like Melisende, she is a transplant to Barlow County, originally from Maryland. She has a Ph.D. in Mathematics from the University of Chicago and works as an instructor at Barlow County Community College.
