Barlow Festival of Lights is an event in the Melisende Dulac Series.

Details

The Festival of Lights is a Christmas fair featuring seasonal crafts, candy canes, a bell choir, and a visit to Santa’s Workshop. It takes place during the last week before Christmas at Copper Baron Lake outside Handbrake in Barlow County, Oregon.
