Otis Crandall is a character in the Melisende Dulac Series.
Biography
Otis Crandall attempted to save Felix Cereza when the car his mother was allegedly driving plunged into Copper Baron Lake. He is a veteran of the first Gulf War.
His mother, Edna Crandall, died at the beginning of the events of Crossroad.
