Details
Located in the hamlet of Crestview, this dive got its name when the A in the neon BAR sign over the door stopped working and some local wag spray-painted an R in the darkened gap. The bar's owner never bothered to get the A fixed, and in time the place came to be called BRR by locals.
The original name, Lucky Angler High Country Tavern, can still be seeb on a sign over the liquor shelves behind the bar.
BRR shares a parking lot with the East Slope Mercantile and Downhill Motor Lodge.
