Huntzel Manor

Huntzel Manor is the informal name of the house where Philip Huntzel lives with his mother Victoria Huntzel in Property of the State. Kristina McEntire, Philip's sister, also has a room there, though she doesn't live at the house.

Details

The house is a large, two-story dwelling with a half-finished basement on the northwest edge of Mount Tabor Park in Portland, Oregon. On the main floor, it features a huge living room, conservatory, formal dining room, and kitchen with butler's pantry. The bedrooms and a large library are on the second floor. The basement features a large recreation room and a sprawling utility area with many storage rooms and a walk-in, bank-style vault.
