Huntzel Manor is the informal name of the house where Philip Huntzel lives with his mother Victoria Huntzel in Property of the State.
==Details]] The house is a large, two-story dwelling with a half-finished basement on the northwest edge of Mount Tabor Park in Portland, Oregon. On the main floor, it features a huge living room, conservatory, formal dining room, and kitchen with butler's pantry. The bedrooms and a large library are on the second floor. The basement features a large recreation room and a sprawling utility area with many storage rooms and a walk-in, bank-style vault.
